Description
Since we could not predict the frame flip behavior in several installation sites, this feature allow them to set the frame flip pass to Appion directly if needed

Works.
Note: The frame orientation is designed to match gain reference generated by appion/bin/makeDDAlignMotionCor2_UCSF.py for MotionCor2. cryoSparc motion correction uses a different orientation that results in an upside down flip of the reference to work on K3 data.
