Running pdbtoem
http://cronus3.scripps.edu/myamiweb/processing/pdb2density.php?expId=6725
the default directory for the map is on data16 which is full. Anchi says is ought not to be used and that data00 is the correct directory.

Do you want the system to check if the drive has enough space to store? And how does system knows where has more free space to store?

The system checks the space which is why Bridget got the error message. For NRAMM, data00 should always be used when there is disk space issue since Christopher will migrate data to other places when necessary.
