Description

I am running an XMIPP feature analysis (http://cronus3.scripps.edu/betamyamiweb/processing/listAppionJobs.php?expId=7989&jobtype=alignanalysis) and the time estimate is:
Job: kerden1.appionsub.job (ID: 12)

runtime: 14855 days, 22 mins
path: /ami/data00/appion/10sep01b/align/kerden1
cluster: guppy.scripps.edu
PBS ID: 15676

I hope that is not true!

P.S. This is the betamyamiweb version - where is that in the affected version?
