Before Titan 1.15 and Talos 2.15 require different version requires difference type library calls from later ones

Specifically set the version through TEM_ADVANCED_SCRIPTING key in version section.
Currently most likely to be 2
TEM_ADVANCED_SCRIPTING_VERSION = 2
