Description
versions of spider above 18.03 use values of 1-100 for hierarchical clustering instead of 0-1.
This is especially important for 3d reconstructions using "coran", since the default value of 0.15 will result in the creation of dozens or hundreds of class averages instead of the expected 2-5. This can dramatically lower the resolution of a reconstruction if coran is being used.
If possible, this bug fix should be integrated into the current release of appion
