Reconstruction aborted because the amount of memory used exceeded requested limit.
=> PBS: job killed: mem job total 95860 kb exceeded limit 0 kb
The job file header looked like this:I noticed that when I uploaded the stack though emportal, Appion did not
store a box size in the database. As a result, the "pad" value for the
eman reconstruction is 0. This might be causing the error.
Is there a way to assign a box size to an existing stack in the database?
Stack ID 411 in project id 105 should be 144x144
This might fix the error I'm seeing.
