Job Status updates missing on some tools

Description

Several appion tools do not provide the "# running" information under the submenu in the sidebar. EMAN commonlines, EMDB to Model, and Upload model are ones that I have noticed so far. This is frustrating because if you leave the job status page after you submit, your job is lost and there is no way to check the progress. Some of the jobs take a long time and it would be nice to check the logfile to see if they are still running or if they failed without having to go to the command line.
