Convert Stack into Particle Picks¶

This options allows you to regenerate a stack from the original images. It is extremely useful if you want to change the boxsize of the particles, use different filter or binning parameters.
Try to use this option in the following way:
1. Generate an inital dataset from the boxedparicles (bin the particles to allow quick processing)
2. After a couple of iterations and cleaning of the stack regenerate an unbinned copy of the high quality images left using this option.
