Create Appion Session¶

If you want to test Appion processing, you need a session to work with. There is a script available to create a session for you, loaded with GroEL images.

Use appion/test/CreateTestSession.py found in the subversion repository.

Use -h to see help on how to use it.

You'll want to supply it with a project id and a run directory.

Test processing¶

testsuite.py - executes processing modules up to but not including reconstruction

Test Stacks¶

teststack.py - reads and writes stacks in all possible ways
