Upgrade Instructions¶

If you have a pre-2.0 Appion release and would like to Upgrade to 2.0:

1. Follow the

Leginon upgrade instructions.

1. Next, update the Processing Packages by following the instructions for

Installing Appion with an existing Leginon installation

Note: Ignore instructions to update the Microscope computer if you are not using the Leginon Application.
