Upload Model¶

The user is able to upload 3D models to be used in 3D refinement.

General Workflow:¶

To launch:

1. The user prepares the model in MRC format (user provides the entire file path)
2. The user provides a brief description for the model
3. The user inputs the symmetry for the model
4. The user inputs the resolution of the model
5. The user inputs the pixel size for the model

Output:

1. Once the model is uploaded, it will appear viewable under "Upload Model".
2. The model will be usable for 3D refinement
