Pyscope Changes 3.0¶

1. General Gatan camera support using SerialEMCCD plug-in on 64-bit camera-controlling computers (currently only K2).
2. Using comtypes to support Gatan camera on 32-bit processor camera-controlling computers in stead of comarray.
3. JEOL 3200 support through comtypes.
