Description

When this happens the log contains rm -f line as seen below

rsync -av --owner=2618:500 --remove-sent-files /mnt/krios7F4/TemScripting/BM-Falcon/frames/20210517_21032739.mrc /ingest7data/eortlund/n21may17b/rawdata/n21may17b_B1G1_00006gr_00002sqLM_v02_00015hln_00025enn.frames.mrc
clean up /mnt/krios7F4/TemScripting/BM-Falcon/frames/20210517_21032739.mrc from linux
rm -f /mnt/krios7F4/TemScripting/BM-Falcon/frames/20210517_21032739.mrc
