r16788 include all the changes.

  • getacepreset.php and getaceimg.php display the text results and images, respectively. They need to query existing query in processing/inc/particledata.inc to get the runs and get ctf information for the particular image it displays from processing/inc/particledata
  • These php scripts are called by js/viewer.js
  • Elements in js/viewer.js are defined in php script: inc/viewer.inc
  • imageviewer.php, 3wviewer.php, 2wayviewer.php calls the instance the viewer class defined in inc/viewer.inc
  • The query for ctf est
