Description

Chimera snapshot program should save the 'chimera state' so users can go back and load saved state.

Chimera can save the current program state, so when reopened the file is loaded to the exact same state. This should be a small addition to the current snapshot program.

Neil,

Should this remain uncommented out?

    ### This does not work on CentOS
109     self.drawScaleBar()

Does it now work on CentOS?

This is the dilemma from Bug #82

  • the scale bar does work with Chimera v1.4 (latest release)
  • the scale bar does not work with Chimera v1.2509 (current install)

The script as written only works with Chimera v1.4 and not v1.2509, so the scale bar should be included. But we may have to revert the file to the old version before Tom visited.

Adjusted comment in r13008
