support tiff lzw format writing from SerialEMCCD for raw frames from K2 dose fractionation

Description
Available in SerialEMCCD 2.30 and up.
It should reduce the file size by at least 2 fold.

r18193 adds Christoph Gohlke's tifffile.c to repository so that we can distribute it.

added the correct flag.
To use, add to dmsem.cfg
in section [k2]
SAVE_LZW_TIFF_FRAMES = True
This option breaks rawtransfer.py since it recognizes mrc files only. Will need to add tiff option there, and to frame alignment. As is, it is an unsupported option.
Added tif rawtransfer.py and MotionCor2 framee alignment support.
