Upload image for new session cannot be launched from web

Description
Upload image does not work on amilab16 missing outdir override.
If the program does not have $outdir defined, you cannot use web launcher. It does not know where to put the job file. Normally this is determined from the value in your leginon.cfg file.
You can still 'just show command' and run the program
