Offset focus target for gold grid to edge of the hole

Description
Solid support of gold-coated grid is hard to use beam-tilt based autofocus on, but the hole edge remain easy to use. The idea is to sacrifies a hole and do focus on its edge..

In Exposure Targeting node, this option is found in auto hole finder settings Acquisition/Focus settings dialog in "ice thicknes" section, below the selection of which kind of holes found will be used for selecting a focus Target.
Select "Good Hole" in "focus hole selection" selector when using this if the beam is large enough to render the hole useless for final exposure. Focus Target Template list should be left empty.
Decide on the offset in x,y relative to the lattice target.
