display parameters from an particle alignment stack

Description
This valuable information is never displayed in any way.
There are difference in format saved in the database according to apAlignment.py to take into account.
wrote a primative shift only script for this. This really should be done from webpage.
Usage Example:
getParticleAlignment.py -n test --no-commit --expid=2875 --projectid=2 --rundir=yourdirectory --aid=23
