Testing:
1. Queuing on Exposure Targeting
1. simulate Square
2. pick two holes in the same sq image
3. submit and pick one target each in Exposure Targeting
4. submit queue
5. Targets from the first hole is transformed but not the later.
Our new target copying might have broke the query.
