Cannot find apChimSnapshot.py if bin and appionlib directories are not in the same folder.

Description
Either we move apChimSnapshot.py to the lib folder (probably a good idea) or change the search algorithm. see getSnapPath() in source:trunk/appion/appionlib/apChimera.py
