memory limit for eman job is too restricted

Description
Looking back old emanrecon.jobs, #PBS -l mem is not defined and therefore is limited by the available memory on the node. My GroEL jobs won't run to 1 deg angular increment with the current calulated memory limit. I assume that it is because there is overhead that we did not take into account in the calculation.
Bill said some nodes on garibaldi have 47gb of memory for jobs. Once I edited my job to higher limit, it went through. We should make this option available on myamiweb

commit option to limit the memory by a fixed number. r14333 in trunk. No need to go into 2.0.0

What is checked in is a work around for the memory problem. Should revisit the issue on garibaldi in the future.
