When viewing the checkAppionJob.php page, the menu bar items are not selectable

Click on a completed job to re-enable all the menu items.

Description

To reproduce:
  1. Start a stack creation job (may work for others but I have not tried yet)
  2. Press the button to view the status.
  3. Press the "update status" button
  4. Try to select a function from the menu bar such as dog picking, stack creation or Run alignment.
  5. Notice that the mouse does not change to a hand and they cannot be selected
  6. Click on a completed job
  7. Notice that the mouse becomes a hand as it should and the desired page is displayed.
  8. Now the other menu items such as dog picking are selectable again.
