Description

I'm not exactly sure what this is caused by, but my guess is that it's related to some sort of database query. If, for example you're in the ctfreport.php page, you cannot access any of the processing links on the left hand side (e.g. "Template Picking", "Dog Picking", "ACE Estimation", etc.). The same happens if you're on the uploadstack.php page, and probably others.
