Description
With multiple hole template, the final acquisition targets do not get ice thickness filter. Make it harder to pick good holes.

This is an option that is worth activating whenever you use target template convolution. It also helps in correlating ice thickness measurements in IceT with hole finding parameters.
Usage:
Activate "Apply ice thickness threshold on template-convolved acquisition targets" in Acquisition Targeting Settings. See screenshot in Exposure_Targeting_Set-up_for_MSI-T_for_Four_holes
