Description
Diffraction series fails for various reasons much more often than single particle data collection. This feature provides the tool similar to tomography tilt series management as python scripts.

dbschema/tools/delete_diffraction_series.py can clean up mrc, bin, and smv files, as well as database record of these images. Run it in leginon environment as usual. It is an interactive script.
Note: This script requires mysql DELETE privilege of leginondata.AcquisitionImageData table and permission to delete files and directory of the user. It is best performed by system admin with mysql root access and as root on the file system. If intend to give it to end users, DELETE privilege will need to be set on the table for sinedon.cfg used.
