This is a temporary change until it is fixed on the server side.

pyscope/DE12.py on the decamera computer is modified to use normal exposure mode to couple with this change I commit so that people can use betaleginon at NRAMM. r14876

This has been used for a while now. Please just reveiw the code and then close unless you want to revert it.

I will leave it alone and close this. Seems safer anyway just in case normal shuttering stops working for any reason.
