Bug in writing Relion star files in "Make Stack' function

Hi,

I was using Appion to make a Relion particle stack. I had performed gctf per-particle ctf estimation and was making a particle stack with per-particle ctf estimation. The resultant star file had the two last columns merged.

So instead of having separate columns for CTF Figure of Merit and Image Name, it wrote out this:

0.120376000001@Particles/micrographs/18mar30v_18feb27e_grid_00007gr_00001sq_00002hl_00001en-a-DW.mrcs

This has been the same for several 'Make Stack' runs using gctf and per-particle information. Mike Cianfrocco has told me he's seen the bug making per-particle stacks, and additionally with normal ctf estimation and Relion stacks.

This may be a bug related to the specific image and the output of the local gctf estimation. I started an issue #5653. Could you upload there the image that caused the bug, the gctf run parameters and results, makestack parameters, particle data file or star file ?

The code should have put a line break ("\n") at the end of the information before particle and image name of the next one. However, from what you described, it did not do so.
