!!! WARNING: Matlab module did not get imported

When I ran the ./check.sh in the appion directory to see whether I have finished all packages installed, I got the warning message like the title
"!!! WARNING: Matlab module did not get imported"But I currently did not found any errors when I am using appion to process my data. I am not sure how we could deal with this warning message.

Are you using matlab in the processing such as ACE? If not, it should not affect you since check.sh is only launched manually.

Thanks. I did use ACE2.exe to determine the CTF curve and not found any errors. As you meant, I could just leave it.
