Not sure you meant settings (Things you modify in the gui as a user) or calibrations (relation between image coordinates and physical values like image shift matrix calibration or bright/dark images for gain correction).

You always are using calibration from the latest person who did it. Otherwise it takes too long to set up for a new session.

As for settings, 2.2 has the option to do so in myami/revertsettings.php We are working on update instruction right now. It should be available for at least Leginon use in the next few days.

Thank you for your reply. When I login, the calibrations were still from March. When Mandy login,
the calibrations were shown done in May. Is there a way to copy her calibrations to my session?

Could you provide screen shot of the two cases. One possibility is that you two do not use the same magnification in the preset that you check the dates on. All calibrations are magnification based.
