Leginon 1.1.3 available for download
Added by Jim Pulokas over 19 years ago
This is a minor release with a few feature changes since 1.1.1. The documentation is not updated for these changes yet, so use at your own risk. None of these changes are critical, so feel free to continue using 1.1.1 until our next major release.
Changes include:
- reference images (dark/bright) are now indexed by high tension. You will need a dark and bright for each high tension you use.
- If you log into leginon as "administrator", all preferences you change are stored in the DB as default prefs for new users who have no stored preferences
- fixed strange entry box in edit preset dialog
- hole finder read image file function will read from DB if available
- individual pixels can be corrected in Corrector node, in addition to whole rows/columns
- dark/bright image in corrector can be formed from median or average of the series you acquire (median is better at removing randomly appearing spikes, but is more noisy than average unless you acquire a lot of images)
