Leginon

To whom it may concern,

We have just finished the "Calibrations" application in Leginon.

All the other steps go well except when I finished the model fitting of modeled stage position calibration, I went to http://localhost/myamiweb/admin.php to check the final fitting curve undr Goniometer. However, there is no visible figure.It is wired I can find the name of my model fitting, just no image showing the final result.

I also checked the calibrations using the "Navigator" tool and the "Navigator" returns good results.

SInce I installed the Leginon on Ubuntu 12.04 rather than normal CentOS. Did I lose any necessary plugins to see the final Goniometer result?
