When I tried to set focus to 2X binning in the focus node I got a shape mismatch error. Screen capture attached.
I found the reason. I accidentally had frames save checked. Nevermind ;) My bad.

That reminds me. We will need to find a way to force frame saving off at more places. Currently Leginon forces it off internally when using image shift alignment tool. I can also force it off when binned.
