New question about Steps involved in the installation using administration tools on your web server

After I get over numpy and scipy lib incompatibility, now I began to setup user and applications. I found it is very confused about this two step. There are so many undefined variables , warning, errors. It is not clean webpage at all. I run fedora 11 on my linux pc. And also I don't know how to configure appliocation at all either. I was not familiar with microscope instruments and a pure software guy. Could you guys help how to figure out the final steps?

See Configure_phpini Notices and Warning are not for production webpages.
Eventually, someone knows microscope needs to be involved. We won't be able to know what microscope/camera you have. Once you locate such a person, such as whoever asked you to install this, see if you can set up some remote session and conference call. We can help that way.

I talked to Jenny Hinshaw, my supervisor, about setup conference call. She like this idea and ask when you are convenient to video chat with us and help us.
