MSI-T2 does not activate the exposure and focus nodes (SOLVED)

Everything is installed and working properly. The only snag now is in
data collection.
I am using MSI-T2. I have managed to get the program to find and
select acquisition and focus targets. I select a square and does all
that is required, except that it does not focus or take exposures. I
tried running the queue from Hole Targeting or Exposure Targeting with
no success. I have also changed the ancestors to run and the type of
target in the exposure mode. When I did the last, I got it to go through
exposure series, but it did no seem to do focusing at all nor correct
for the position using the Hole Targeting.
I do not know at this point if the problem is a single parameter or
something more complicated than that.

Try one thing: It looks like the parameters (what we call settings) might not
be correct). A few revision back I found a problem in uploading the initial default
settings for the application. You might have the revision when that was a problem.
Go to your myamiweb/revertsettings.php, click “Revert to Original” button to reload the default,
and then click “Revert Node Settings” after you select yourself as the user.
These will take you back to the original settings we gave the applications and it probably
will solve your problem.
You should find move type settings in “Square” node to be “modeled stage position”.
Also if it still does not work send me a screenshot of “Exposure” node settings (Advanced mode).
The answer is probably there.
