Leginon

Hi Anchi,

Thank you for your answers to our previous questions. We are really new to the Leginon system and learning from the online wiki. After installing and calibrating the Leginon on our TF20, we are doing some test runs with a dry quantifoil gird on a room temperature holder.

We went through the nodes in sequence in the MSI-T application by (1) generating grid atlas, (2) select squares manually, (3) identify holes based on the template, threshold, blobs, lattice and thickness for focus and exposure, (4) identify regions in the holes for focus and exposure.
At the end of each step we click the green triangle button to submit these targets. But after click the green button at the end of the exposure targeting, Leginon just said "waiting" and no images were taken.

Is there anything we missed during this procedure? Say to let leginon know that we can submitted all the targets and it is time to do the focusing and imaging?
