Cannot download tilt series from Tomography web interface

Hi Anchi,
Me again -- things are now working nicely with targeting and data collection.
I seem to have one remaining problem: now that I've upgraded to 3.1 I cannot download tilt series by clicking 'Download MRC stack' in the tomography page. Instead of a ~500MB MRC stack, I get a ~5KB binary file. I've attached one example of such an 'MRC' file.
Other pages from the webserver that display individual frames from the tilt series work perfectly well for me to download single-frame MRC files, so it seems a problem restricted to the tomography page.
I cannot find any pertinent errors in /var/log/httpd.
Any thoughts...?

Fixed it. My bad.
You can either do a general update, see Update_within_the_same_version_using_svn
or
Since it is just one file, download the updated file and replace it in your myamiweb installation (/var/www/html/myamiweb for Centos) in tomodirectory
