defocus calibration per kV

Added by Bob Grassucci about 10 years ago

We have recently been switching between 120 and 200 kV and I notice that the defocus calibration is off. Does Leginon stare a set of these calibrations (especially beam tilt/defocus) for each kV or do I need to repeat it every time I change voltage? Thanks.

Defocus calibration is high tension, magnification, and beam probe dependent. You will need to calibrate at each high tension, but you should not need to repeat it every time you change voltage.
