Leginon 1.3 Available

Leginon 1.3 is ready. This release includes tomography acquisition and many other new features, bug fixes, etc.
We have posted the latest Leginon installation files to the download page:
http://emg.nysbc.org/software/leginon/The latest manual will be online in a few minutes (with the exception of the PDF versions, which will not be updated until next week).
Be sure to read all the instructions on upgrading from 1.2 to 1.3. There are a few more required python packages, and your database tables will need to be altered to work with this new version.

One note about Leginon 1.3 The iterative multiple move is beneficial only in the depth-first tree traversal mode (non-queuing), which makes the hole centering better in the Hole node and therefore reduces the amount of image shift for the Exposure image acquisition. If queuing is turned on in Exposure Targeting node, because the return to the queued target does not use iterative multiple move, large image shift is still required if the return to the hole is off.
