I just installed our K2 with Leginon and am trying to create an atlas with MSI-T2. I noticed that even though we are trying to collect at a radius of 0.0009 it only calculates 1 target with a size of 1835X1900 which is 1 2X binned K2 counting image.
Please check the pixel size of the image it took. Easiest from webviewer since it is from database record derived from the image. Most likely caused by a mismatch of the camera in the preset.
