MSI-T exposure targeting submit not there

The green triangle to submit the hole targets is not available after I verified the targets. I tried queing them but that didn't work either. Any thoughts how I can get it or do I need to start again from the top. A screen capture is attached. Thanks.

I think I answered my own question. I submitted another square to hole targeting and it seemed the play button popped up. It disregards the squares if you refresh the square targets before you submit them to hole targeting. Thanks.

Yes, Leginon records the targets to be submitted from the gui only when you click Submit. If you refresh the display of the atlas, it does forget the targets you picked. When Hole node receives no new targets, it does not know how to pick targets, so you can't have play button popped up as a precaution in case people submit targets on old image.

Thanks. That make sense now that I think about it logically. I am sure there are more questions to come;)
