GonioModeling Calibration

Leginon doesn't react after clicking the "measure" tool at Leginon/GomioModeling/ toolbar. Not sure should wait for "50 minutes" or there is something wrong? No running or rotating icon was found. In the mean time other tools are activate such as "acquire", "setting". In the settings the parameters are default number. The microscope is Sphera 200kV, CCD Gatan 2K, Mag. 550x.

PS: I tried the Stage Position matrix calibration, it works.

I was able to reproduce your error by not sending a preset to scope before I click measure button. It gave back the error message "Preset is unknown and preset override is off" and after that even though I send a proper preset to scope, the button does not respond any more. This is indeed a bug. It should be able to recover from the previous error message. I started an new issue as #1198. We will fix it in the next Leginon version since this is not a critical bug. The work around for you will be to kill the application and restart it normally and do remember to send a preset to scope first before clicking this button.

Thank you, Anchi. I sent the preset at the beginning of the calibration. I have no memory of error message like "Preset is unknown and preset override is off". When I click the "measure" button, the grey small button next to "measure" flashed once as red color. I will follow your suggestion and restart the calibration to see what will happen.

I restarted the calibration application and sent a preset cycle to scope. The measurement started to calculate the points by clicking. Thanks!
