Description

Need to start associating each pixel size calibration with the high tension. Currently the PixelSizeCalibration table is filled in with high tension = NULL. Need to figure out how to update the existing calibrations. Will need to modify pixel size queries in leginon, appion and myamiweb.

no high tension change within same session, so not necessary to do this
