Today's goniometer should be reproducible enough.

1. Collect tilt series using data collection settings on specimen that gives strong Thon rings. Exposure time can be adjusted to give good image.
2. If this is a movie-capable camera, align the frames to get better images.
3. estimate CTF using appion
4. Download CTF data of the the tilt series using myamiweb
5. Run leginon/tomography/upload_ctf.py to upload the ctf value difference as calibration.
6. If there are calibration at the given tem instrument, it will be used as extra correction on top of the UCSF model.
