Description

The align zero loss peak function in Leginon is not working for me on my GIF during tomography. Is there a way that I can find out the proper function call? Also, when I find the proper function call, how should we integrate it into the code? Is there a way to specify a version of Digital Micrograph so that users at different institutions can have different versions of pyscope?

Scott,

You may try the modified gatan.py I posted in bug#1166, which solved our GIF/AZLP problem.
