Use a default of 10% tile length as the width of the edge filter. Tested and work o.k.

User Testing: load a partial (not seeing the whole circle of grid rim) grid atlas in autoscreen application, make it find a very large number of squares so all available ones are selected. With this filter, it would ignore those at the edge of the atlas boundary.
