Description

This is because the way offset is calculated gives non-center values.

User Testing: click "mesaure dose" tool in PresetsManager while selecting K3 full dimension preset such as en. If references were taken at center of the same binning in Correction node previously, the dose image should be able to find its norm images and correct.
