Hi,

I've been working on integrating Appion with a SLURM cluster and discovered that there are numerous hardcoded values in slurmHost.py (i.e., values for shell, etc in appion.cfg and the walltime settings within the processing hosts hash in myamiweb's config.php file are not respected). I've generated a few patches to make sure that all SLURM-related configurable options that I'm aware of are respected, and I was wondering what would be the best way to get these patches merged into the trunk branch. Presently, the patches exist on a temporary Github repository here.
