Description

Use the background radial average from channel1 Bright reference image to show ctf modulation. This may be best done through redux.

r17164 contains the basic data reading from csv file and plotting on power spectrum images. The input file is created with background_correction.py that is not yet committed.

Hi Anchi, I have a really fast radial average function in python you can use, it is in ctftools.py. Took me awhile to come up with it.
