Description

Newer versions should work, too. However, we have not routinely use them at NRAMM in running Leginon since most computers are at CentOS 5.

There are past forum threads for and against moving the requirement.

http://emg.nysbc.org/boards/6/topics/771?r=905#message-905 has an unresolved issue for nan in newer version

http://emg.nysbc.org/boards/13/topics/1275?r=1276#message-1276 notes that new function that will be in 3.0 release need 1.2

Arne,

Next time you run RCT, could you run it from one of the computer with CentOS 6 installed to see if you get the error in the forum post http://emg.nysbc.org/boards/6/topics/771?r=905#message-905

Thank you.
